Apartment One
We renovated a 19th century house in this Kildare village and created a numbers of modern apartments, including this two bedroom unit on the first floor. All new electrics, heating, plumbing plastering and finished to a walk in standard and ready for new tenants.
Apartment Two
This one bedroom apartment in Leixlip is a second floor unit in a renovated Main Stereet building. The challenge to maximise space in a constrained setting was achieved through clever use of space and materials. Project included re-wiring and plumbing, plastering, flooring, kitchen and bathroom.
Derelict
It took us only a few months to convert completely overgrown and derelict building into two contemporary apartments finished to the highest standard.
